چکیده
To meet the increasing global water demand, local solutions, such as reuse of greywater, are becoming greater importance. While greywater reclamation has been implemented, full-scale adaptation limited by occurrence micropollutants in treated effluent. reduce risks posed micropollutants, advanced post-treatment is required. One promising technology implementation hollow fiber nanofiltration, which proven to effectively remove micropollutants. However, effect fouling on overall membrane performance received attention. In this research, polyelectrolyte multilayer nanofiltration membranes was evaluated. Filtration experiments were performed using model solutions and Synthetic effluent with different foulants implemented simulate bio- colloidal fouling. Afterwards, propensity from a source-separated treatment plant The demonstrated that studied mainly sensitive biofouling. Permeability loss observed all foulant experiments, overall, sodium alginate most severely reduced flux. Regardless permeability, micropollutant retention remained relatively constant, demonstrating potential suitability schemes.

In this study, a time-dependent 2D axisymmetric model of a multilayer hollow fiber composite membrane for gas separation is proposed. In spite of the common multilayer membranes, which a dense layer coated on a porous support layer and subjected into the feed stream, here, the porous support is exposed to the feed gas. In this regard, the governing equations of species transport are developed f...
